Cider is an alternative to wine and beer that is quickly capturing the hearts, minds, and palettes of American culture.  Finnegan Cider has been a work in progress for seven years. Once a family tradition, our cider is now available to Oregonians for the 2011 season.

At Finnegan Cider, we have created a unique cider style by using local Oregon apples, slowing the primary fermentation and lightly oaking for complexity, and finishing with in-bottle fermentation for effervescence.  Our cider has a higher alcohol content than most other ciders, and we believe this naturally complements the tannins, acid, and boldness of flavor typical of the cider apple varietals we use.  We hope you enjoy this new artisan cider from our family to yours.  Please contact us if you would like to schedule a tasting.
